GFP 2000 Online - Real Time Process Monitor

The GFP 2000 Online system is an overhead, production line, stress inspection unit capable of continuos and 100% inspection of flat glass products. It can quantify area stress as well as monitor tempering or heat treatment patterns. The GFP 2000 Online system illuminates and images a retroreflective strip positioned between rollers. Strip images are assembled to create large stress images of the entire batch of glass. The system can be configured to be accessed online.
